    VIRGINIA B. SNOW

    Virginia B. Snow, 89, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 25, 2009 at Marlette Hospice Residence.

    Mrs. Snow had lived in Marlette since 1955 and was previously from the East Detroit area.

    She was born January 20, 1920 in Detroit, daughter to the late Andrew and Ola (Biehler) Wiseman.

    She married Robert Snow Sr. on June 22, 1940 in East Detroit. He preceded her in death March 22, 1997.

    She was a member of Marlette First Presbyterian Church.

    She enjoyed golfing, bowling and, most of all, her family.

    She worked many years as secretary and treasurer for Snow Screw Products in Marlette.

    She is survived by son, Robert and Susan Snow Jr. of Marlette; granddaughters, Michelle Snow and Fiancée Mark Wilson of Arlington, VA. and Stephanie Snow and Mike Rogers of Key Largo, FL; brother, Robert and Grace Wiseman of Warren; sister,-in-law Elizabeth Snow of Marlette and several nieces and nephews.

    She has donated her body to the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor.

    A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

    Memorials may be donated to Northwood Meadows of Cass City or United Hospice Service.

    JACK EDWARD BAUGHMAN

    Jack Edward Baughman, 70, of Stockbridge, GA. passed away Saturday, June 13, 2009. He was born in Marlette, MI on December 6, 1938.

    He served his country with the United States Army retiring after 22 years. He then went to work for Nabisco for 22 years. He enjoyed traveling, camping and fishing. When he had spare time he always wanted to fix things, but most important to him was his family.

    Mr. Baughman is survived by wife, Erna Baughman; daughters, Cindy Baughman Lambert and Liliana Walker; grandsons, Tim, Nicholas, Jack and Charles; sisters, Cleora Klock, Leona Baughman and several nieces and nephews.

    Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at The Chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors.

    EDITH CLARA PEARCY

    Edith Clara Pearcy, 72, of Sandusky, passed away Friday, June 19, 2009 at Marlette Hospice Residence in Marlette, Michigan.

    She was born September 05, 1936 in Snover, Michigan the daughter of the late Ervin and Bertha (Baer) Trainor.

    She moved to Sandusky five years ago from Snover. She was a member of the Brethren in Christ Church, Snover.

    She enjoyed knitting and crafts.

    She is survived by brothers Leland Trainor of Sandusky, Leon and Marilyn Trainor of Snover, Robert and Norma Trainor of Sandusky, Paul Trainor of Snover, Ronald Trainor of Snover and Kenneth and Donna Trainor of Kentucky; sisters Thelma Hipp of Sandusky, Marion Bechtel of Lexington, Martha and Tony Barren of Boyne City and Doris and David Johnston of Sandusky and several nieces and nephews.

    She was also preceded in death by a brother, Russell and a sister, Ruth Ockerman.

    Graveside services were held Friday, June 26, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Moore Township Cemetery, Snover with Rev. Paul Eberhard officiating.

    Burial was in the Moore Township Cemetery in Snover.
